I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

The first step is to contact your salesperson or email parts@belgradeparts.com.  We accept returns on all stock items within 30 days of purchase.  Non-stock/special orders items may be subject to a restocking fee or not be returnable at all.  All electrical products and cargo control products are non-returnable.  A proof of purchase must be provided.  We cannot accept returns on any products that are used or were not purchased at Belgrade.  Don’t try it, not cool.

I don’t have a proof of purchase, now what?

Not the end of the world.  If you have an account with us, we can search your account for the transaction.  If you don’t have an account, we can inspect the product to see if there is any identification linking it to Belgrade.  Most of our products will come with a barcoded Belgrade label and we can work off of that.  Also, if the product is something that we stock we can still take it back even if you don’t have proof of purchase, an account or a Belgrade label on the product.  However, this is up to the discretion of the salesman.

Man, I wish I had an account with you guys.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Depends on how the return is done.  If you come to our counter it happens on the spot.  If a product is returned with one of our drivers or returned via FedEx/UPS you will be given a material receipt showing that the product has been picked up and then brought back to us.  This may take a few days to process.  The refund will be returned to the method of payment.  So if the purchase was done on account the refund will be to your account.  If you paid with cash we will refund you in cash.  Any items returned without proof of purchase will be refunded to your account or as store credit.

Can I exchange an order instead of returning it?

Nope!  Very few of our products have the same value and we find it easier and cleaner to do refunds and then start new transactions. 

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me.

Someone gave you a trailer part as a gift, weird.

What kind of brands/products do you carry?

If it goes on a trailer, truck body, chassis or container, we either stock it or can get it quickly.  We also stock a large variety of parts for trucks and tractors.  We stock a huge line of chemicals and adhesives.  If you want more information on what we carry click here (insert hyperlink).  If you would like us to start stocking something, we are always taking feedback from our customers.  Send an email to parts@belgradeparts.com with the subject “Suggested Stocking Item.”

I have no clue what specific part I need, help?

So you need an airbag off of a 2010 Hyundai Trailer?  Well, you’ve come to the right place.  Best thing to do is contact your well trained and experienced salesperson via email or phone at 215-744-1263.  You can also email parts@belgradeparts.com.  To identify a trailer part we will need the make of the trailer and the last eight of the VIN number.  For truck bodies it’s best to have the full VIN number and model number along with the make.  For containers, chassis, trucks and tractors, we need the make and the full VIN number.  Also, if you are working on a roll up door the door itself will have its own serial number.  To identify roll up door parts we will need the make of the door and the door serial number. 

I have a question about how a part should be installed.

This is a little tricky.  In most cases we will put you in touch with an expert who can provide you with the necessary information.  Contact your salesperson or email parts@belgradeparts.com and we can point you in the right direction.

Do you have back orders?

You betcha.  Anything that is ordered that we don’t have in stock at the time of purchase would be placed on backorder and then supplied once available.  Backorders may be canceled at the customer’s request.

Are there Belgrade Parts gift certificates or gift cards?

Uh no.  If you want to give someone a gift card for chassis parts we need to have a long conversation.

Do you have a catalog?

Absolutely.  If you have an account you can log in and look at our live inventory by clicking here.  Also, we have a large selection of parts available through our Amazon Store.  Want to get an account so you can access our incredible online store showing live inventory, click here!
